Program Overview
What is BUILD Dairy?
BUILD Dairy is funded by dairy farmers and dairy companies in Idaho and Utah, to support research projects conducted by undergraduate and graduate students. The goal is to gain valuable research information to help grow the industry, while at the same time developing the skills and experience of students who choose to pursue a career in dairy.
As of October 2020, there have been 42 students enrolled in the program, at the following universities:
- Utah State University
- University of Idaho
- Washington State University
- Brigham Young University
- Oregon State University
- Boise State University
- North Carolina State University
- Penn State University
- Kansas State University
Some of our corporate partners include Agropur and Glanbia.
